I think Joel from Killswitch Engage is a great guitarist a little overlooked.
Adam D is awesome too also from Killswitch , but He is a stand out more for his personality

After listening to Unforsaken Not Alone cd a couple of hundred times, John Hooper, aka Hoops is one of my fav guitarists!!!!!!!!!......but Frampton, Dana Key and Phil Keaggy will (probably) always be my favorite electric guitarists.  As far as acoustic guitarists, Stefan Grossman and Duck Baker are my heroes, along with that Keaggy guy   .
