I have waited to post in this thread cause' I find this a very hard question. Like "your favorite guitarist", they may not be the best, technically, or able to shred, but something about what they do moves you. MANY rock vocalist move me....it would be much easier, for me, to do "your LEAST fav. vocalist", .(and maybe I'll do that thread ). Anyway, Dana Key, of DKB, is one of my Fav. guitarist AND Fav. vocalist. My wife thinks he has a nasally-weak sound, but his guitar playing and vocals MOVE me!! The Wilson sisters are at the top of female-rock vocals, period!! Peter Frampton, also one of my Fav. guitarist, is also one of my Fav. vocalists. His music MOVES me!! Especially his self-title 93' release. I LOVE lyrics, and vocals are VERY important to me!!! Sometimes a great song makes a singer great...... I need to give this more thought.
