Great, feel free to use the C-box (chat box) up top of the page if you see someone on line, or even if you don't.

It is pretty easy, but you do have to register a name and password, with the c-box, to use it.  It does not have to be your Tri-rock name and pw, like I use df in the box, and a totally different password.  I think you enter a name, maybe message, then hit "profile" and do that.
