I have always wanted to be an orignial Jesus Freak...I know I am not old enough..not even close.  But I love the 60's-70's ganre of music.  I guess you could say that I am a child of two Hippies.  I grew up with the stuff.  I dunno...I guess it has always been a dream of mine.

Jackie... dream no more... we play the 70's Electric Rock Show... it is sort of cheesy, but it is important to keep the Jesus Movement alive. We try to play the best that came out of that era. Lot of the bands had no money, no support from the churches, pretty much nobody wanting to help them... so lot of these recordings are just really bad, but it is very important to show who all started and paved the way for what is Christian Rock of today.

Fri 4pm Sat 12pm & Sun 2pm Pacific Coast Time on Tri-Rock Radio... tell your parents to listen in

Okay so like before I have voiced my problem with forums and that I have to have all of the boards end with me before I can leave...yeah I don't know..all I know is that it's like an Obsesive Compulsive thing...CRAZY, oh yeah btw I am dislexic too so that might be a lot of my spelling problem. ANYWAYS, my point...I feel kinda out on the board...I mean I sound like I know a whole lot about the  60's-70's era..but in secular music...I really don't know a lot about the Jesus Movement....sorry?

Jackie... just go listen to the 70's Electric Rock show and let me know your thoughts... some of it is really fun and some of it might bore you... but it is still all good and fun to have on here. Maybe you mom and dad will like it?

Jesus oldies show!!!   E X C E L L E N T!!!!

I'll have to tape the shows so i can listen to all the great music - i was 11 in 1971 and somewhat involved in the Jesus Movement up here in Toronto.  It was my first taste of Jesus music.

The very FIRST concert i went to was to see "Hope of Glory"  I still vaguely remember it.  I noticed that you play H of G on your oldies show.  Any way of getting a hold of any of their stuff that you guys know of??

I wished I had a Time Machine and hang out with these guys back then to hear them talk and play their music! Especially Larry Norman.

I believe you guys are like 14 hours ahead of us... so if it is 4 pm out time on Fridays... then it would be 6 am your time I think. You might want to check to make sure.
