There were definite leanings towards rock influencing church music from the mid 60s with the likes of John Fischer and Ralph Carmichael, but Larry Norman is the first serious Christian rocker in the U.S., at least the one we all remember.  Unless some of the other folks listed influenced Larry, he is the true Grandfather of Christian Rock.

Looks like we are going to be getting Tickets to give away for the Larry Norman Concert... probably will be a contest. Should be some fun. I believe we will give them away during the 70's Show.
