Everyone I know loves Rob Rock.  I don't know a single person that doesn't like anything he does.  Any takers on this?  I know there are a few.

I love Rob Rock!  Like most of the others, I first heard him on Tri-Rock and he is now one of my favorites!

ROCK THE HELL OUT OF YOU!!!

Sorry Stryper!! Not this time!

Rob Rock leads the way with this masterpiece of Christian "High Octane" Metal!

Now the third AWESOME solo effort in a row from legendary Christian Rocker Rob Rock!  Rob Rock came on the scene back in the 80's with Impellitteri and their debuet in secular music. Later Rob teamed up with Music Ledgends Tony McAlpine (The Steve Via Band), Tommy Aldridge (Ozzy) and Rudy Sarzo (Quiet Riot) in the M.A.R.S. project! Soon after, as Rob dedicated more and more of his life to Jesus, he became known as a talent who only involved himself in quality Christian Music and secular Music with strong Christian values. Rob has since worked with several other compitant Christian Metalists such as: Joshua, Angelica, Warrior along with the 'SOLID Christian" Impellitteri years.

But now this is the era that the "Rock" stands his own ground! After his first solo effort in 2000 "Rage of Creation" (below) it has been clear that Rob is no longer content to stand in the shadow of the former bands that he has been with in the past! Recruiting a guest appearance from gunslinger guitarist Jake E Lee (Ozzy) and featured Roy Z (Priest, Halford, Dickenson) as co-songwriter and producer.

Followed by the aclaimed "Eye's of Eternity" (below), Rob was joined again by Roy Z, who, more than, proved that he was NOT going to live in the shadow of Chris Impellitteri, as he utterly dumfounded listeners with his brand of high intensity neo-classical guitar work!  This CD was the real BREAK THROUGH that has put ROB in the light as finally coming of his own!

"Holy Hell" is the "To Hell With the Devil" or "Weapons of our Warfare" of 2005!  Rob and Roy Z are nothing shy of Metal geniusses! Joined with new band members Andreas Johansson (Narnia), Carl Johan Grimmark (Narnia & Savior Machine), Andreas Olsson (Stormwind & Devinefire) and Daniel Hall (Platitude), this could be the tightest line up yet for Rob!

I was able to ask Rob a few questions, here's how it went...

KUBA: You are known for your music being driven by God's will. What is God's vision for you with the Latest CD "Holy Hell"?

ROB:  MY VISION FOR HOLY HELL WAS TO MAKE AN ALBUM  THAT WAS FRESH AND HEAVY AND ONE THAT WOULD TURN HEADS, ESPECIALLY WITH THE TITLE. LYRICALLY I STRIVED TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE WORD AND I PRAY GOD WILL BLESS THE ALBUM AS IT IS RELEASED THROUGHOUT THE WORLD ON MY NEW LABEL AFM.

KUBA: How did you like working with Carl? That has to be great!

ROB: CARL IS A VERY GREAT PERSON AND A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. HE IS ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DON'T  FORGET THAT HE IS ALSO A VERY EXCELLENT GUITARIST!

KUBA: You have like,, surrounded your self with some of the greatest AXE-men ever!! Joshua Perahia, Ken Tamplen, Chris Impelliterri, ROY Z and Tony McAlpine (that I know of), What was it like and who else have you ever jammed with or met in music?

ROB: YES, I'VE JAMMED, WRITTEN AND SPENT TIME WITH ALL OF THESE GUYS AND IT'S VERY REWARDING TO KNOW THEM ...ALSO AXEL RUDI PELL, EDGUY AND DENNIS CAMERON, JOE FLOYD, GUS G., ETC...I'M SURE THERE'S A FEW I'M NOT THINKING OF AT THE MOMENT.

KUBA: What is the song that you feel God has given you on "Holy Hell" which most represents what God is really giving you at this point in your life and what do feel that people can learn from this.

ROB: THE TITLE TRACK IS RATHER PERSONAL AND CURRENT. I FEEL LIKE I AM CONSTANTLY STRIVING FOR PURITY IN A WORLD THAT IS SO SET AGAINST IT. COMPROMISE IS EVERYWHERE AND IT'S A DAILY BATTLE TO WALK THE WALK.

KUBA: What's ON THE PLATE TO COME?

ROB: I HOPE A NEW DVD WILL BE A REALITY EARLY NEXT YEAR AS WE TRY TO FILM CERTAIN SHOWS TO FINALLY GET A "LIVE" REPRESENTATION OF THE BAND OUT THERE.

KUBA: Which area of scripture have you have been studying as of late?

ROB: HEBREWS - VERY DEEP STUFF THERE.

KUBA: What does Rob Rock do for fun on his day off?

ROB:  I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH DAYS OFF...I NEED MORE OF THEM BUT THEY ARE HARD TO FIND. TO RELAX I USUALLY GO TO THE BEACH, CATCH A CONCERT, OR GO TO THE MOVIES.

KUBA: If you had to leave music right now, what would you be most qualified to do to make a living? What else would you desire to do if you could do or be anything in the whole world?

ROB: I THINK A "STORMCHASER" WOULD BE A FUN AND EXCITING THING TO DO...THE POWER OF NATURE HAS ALWAYS FASCINATED ME.

KUBA: Cool!  OK, science geek question time!  What happens to the ionization rate of phosphorous gas when it is exposed to extreme temperatures below 0 degrees F?

ROB: I SUPPOSE IT DECREASES...

KUBA: Correct! Not FAIR! The man is handsome, talented, gifted, successfull and intelligent!! I don't know if I like you anymore...  But I do love you bro!! (LOL)  We look forward to having you as a guest on the Full Armor Of God Broadcast this winter, Rob! And if you haven't picked up this BRAND NEW MasterPiece of Holy Rightiuos Metal, YOU BETTER GET ON THE BALL!

Get it at!

Rob Rock is awesome, however he's not my favorite. Lol.   I enjoy it when he comes on, reminds me of Impelliteri for some reason hehe

Every town has its up's and downs.  Sometimes ups outnumbers the downs, but not in Nottingham.  I'm inclined to believe if we weren't so down we'd up and leave.  We'd up and fly if we had wings for flyin, can't you see the tears we're crying.  Can't
